Joseph Michael “Bud” Brown of Marshfield passed away on July 19, 2022, at the age of 63. Raised and educated in Quincy, Joseph was a retired Lineman for Boston Edison Local 369.
Joseph was the beloved husband of Joanne (Swanton) Brown; devoted son of the late Joseph E. Brown and Agnes (Santosuosso) Brown, loving father of Nickolas B. Brown and his wife Katherine of Halifax, Joseph E. Brown of Quincy, and Amanda Brown of Quincy; dear brother of Deborah Brown Haas of East Weymouth, and the late Daniel J. Brown.
Family and friends are invited to visiting hours on Sunday, July 24th, from 4:00PM-7:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home, 74 Elm Street, Quincy Center. On Monday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 10:30AM, followed by a funeral mass at 11:30AM at Divine Mercy Parish Sacred Heart Church, Quincy. Burial to follow at Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
