June M. Bertoli of Quincy passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2011 at home. A lifelong Quincy resident, she graduated from Boston University and worked as a teacher for Quincy Public Schools before retiring. June enjoyed painting, reading and music and was a member of the Museum of Fine Arts and the Quincy Historical Society.
The loving daughter of the late John and Eva (Comolli) Bertoli, June was the sister of the late Lillian T. Bertoli and is survived by her dear friends Patricia Leo of Braintree and Carole A. Tagg of Plymouth.
A visiting hour will be held on Wednesday, August 31 starting at 9:00am, immediately followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00am at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. Burial will be at Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
