Kenneth J. MacDonald of Quincy passed away in Florida on Sunday, March 20, 2016 at age 52. Born on Nova Scotia, he lived most of his life in Quincy and had recently moved to Punta Gorda, FL. Ken worked as a carpenter and was a member of Local 67 of the Carpenters Union. The beloved son of Mary Catherine (Farrell) MacDonald of Quincy and the late Malcolm J. MacDonald Sr., he was the loving brother of Malcolm J. MacDonald Jr., and his wife Janet of Quincy, Robert MacDonald and his wife Jean of Braintree and his late twin, David N. MacDonald; and devoted uncle of Shannon MacDonald and Robert MacDonald, both of Braintree.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday, April 1 from 4:00 to 7:00PM immediately followed by a Funeral Service at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
