I have so many fond memories of my Aunt Lori, all the fun times up the farm, getting together on all the holidays and loving her caring ways with all my cousins and brothers. And, she was a great cook which she shared With all of us. She is going to be missed dearly.

Dear Mc Quinn Family, I am sending my love to you all as you move through this time of remembering and celebrating Lorie. I wanted to share with you one of my favorite memories because I think it captures her greatest gift- she had such an unselfish and generous heart. Just a couple of years before my dad passed away, during one of my visits home, we had a family photo taken with Lorie and my father. .., and everyone was in it , except for my mother who had passed away, years before . When I came home for my next visit, Lorie had the picture framed, and when I looked at it, I saw that Lorie had cut out a small face shot of my mom, and pasted her picture in the photo with us all. It was such a loving gesture- just one of so many that she gave to us and to my dad. I will be forever thankful to her love for him, to her care for him, and to the extra years of life and loves that she gave to him. ; and also for how well she loved us, and his grandchildren. I always enjoyed her company so much- she was easy to talk to, sweet and fun to be with. I was particular blessed by the fact that her funeral service is on the feast day of the Assumption of the Blessed Mother in the church,, I have no doubt she is with all of the saints in heaven... I will be remembering her during Mass that day..My prayers are with you all. Love, Karen ( Frank’s oldestdaughter) and the Sawchenko Family-Paul, Lauren & John

It was a pleasure to know Lorraine for the short time she spent with us at Hancock Park. She lit up a room when she would join us for activities. She so loved her music! A sweet gentle woman with a great deal of compassion for others. I will miss her. RIP sweet Lorraine
