Mary V. (O’Toole) Glynn of Quincy passed away surrounded by family on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at age 86. Raised and educated in South Boston, she lived in Quincy for many years and worked in customer service at Boston Financial Data Services in Quincy. Mary was the beloved mother of Mark Glynn and his wife Diane of Abington, Kate Glynn of Weymouth, Brian Glynn and his late wife Lori of Quincy, Robert Glynn and his wife Cheryl of Quincy, Sean Glynn and Lorraine King of Quincy and the late Theresa Glynn; loving grandmother Mark and his wife Danielle, Sean, Joseph, Nicole and her husband Matt, Robert, Michelle and her husband Robert, Katelyn, Sarah and her husband Damien and Christopher Glynn; great grandmother of Jacob, Madilyn, Ethan, Brendan, Annabelle and Dakota; dear sister of Kathleen O’Toole and Maryanne Silva of Falmouth, Eileen and the late David Heger of Dorchester, Elaine O’Toole of Brockton and the late John, Frank and George O’Toole; and is also survived by many nieces and nephews
Family and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held on Friday, April 21 from 4:00 to 8:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. On Saturday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 9:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at St. John the Baptist Church 44 School St. Quincy. Cremation will follow.
