Carol, Greg, Betsy and Michael's family. Im sorry I did not get to make it to the services for Mike, please know that I was thinking of all of you but especially thinking of Mike. Man, did Mike make a great next door neighbor and friend. He will be fondly remembered helping my mom and dad, and us Shaughnessy kids, whether it was pushing Bubba's old VW bug,to jump start it, or helping to shovel the driveway before the "bear" came home from work. You will be missed. God Bless.

My family was very close to the Dorn's as I was growing up. I always remember Michael as a dignified well respected young man. He grew up to serve the community in many ways and made this earth a better place to live. I saw him at my Mom's 80th birthday celebration about seven years ago. I hadn't seen him in 35 years. He flashed a smile and gave me a firm handshake and, in his deep voice, had nothing but uplifting things to say. He always had a way of making you feel good about yourself. He will be missed by everyone that was lucky enough to be touched by his life.

RIP Mike. Carol, I am so glad that I got to spend and afternoon with you and Mike last summer. Mike and I were best friends at Braintree High School and Mike was my best man at my first wedding. I will miss you buddy.
