Obituaries

Patricia A. “Patty” Lingoes of Quincy passed away on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at age 60. A lifelong Quincy resident, she had worked for many years at the Bargain Center. The loving mother of the late Robert “Quackie’ Lingoes, Patty was the beloved daughter of the late Joseph L. and Ruth (Hamburg) Lingoes, dear sister of Donna Hynes and her husband George of Whitman, Michael Lingoes and his wife Maria of AZ, Robert J. Lingoes, QPD and his wife Deborah of Quincy, Ruth McGreevey and her husband John of Medford and Lisa Craig of Quincy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and her dear friend Mike Czyzowsky of Quincy.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, September 7 from 4:00 to 8:00pm at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. On Wednesday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 9:00am followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00am at Saint John the Baptist Church 45 School St. Quincy. Burial will be at Pine Hill Cemetery.
