Patricia E. (Tener) Rowell of Taunton passed away on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at age 63. Born in Beaver Falls, PA, Patricia was tenacious and always knew what she wanted. She showered everyone she met with kindness and generosity and she was very aware of other’s needs. Patricia instilled her kindness and generosity in her children who recall a time from when they were young in the grocery store, and Patricia noticed that the person in front of her needed help and she paid for their groceries. She told her sons that she “didn’t have a lot”, but she was “in a position to help others.” Patricia was a very God loving person. She was a very loving and supportive wife who loved her children, grandchildren, and her two dogs Starla and Zephyr. She enjoyed camping, reading, and riding her bike. Patricia was very outgoing and enjoyed time with friends.

Patricia was the beloved wife of Stephen Rowell of Taunton; loving mother of Joseph Carbone of Randolph, William Carbone of Cohassett, and the late Patrick Carbone; devoted grandmother of Patrick, Ariana, and Anthony Carbone; dear sister of Linda Kiley and her husband Richard of Duxbury, Robert Tener of South Weymouth, Charlene Cobb and her husband Scott of New Hampshire, and Thomas Tener of FL. Beloved daughter Carol McStravick of Duxbury, Chalmer and Dorothy Tener of Weymouth; daughter-in-law of Stephen and Roberta Rowell of Quincy. Patricia is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held on Friday, July 16, 4:00-7:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center with a service in the Funeral Home to begin at 7:00PM.
