Patricia M. “Pat” Freeley, age 55, of Kingston passed away on September 6, 2013 after a brave fight with pneumonia. After graduating from Braintree High in 1976, she worked for the MA State Lottery for several years, then at Off-Tech as a copier technician. Pat loved this tech job as it gave her a chance to learn the inner working of copy machines. She also worked for Steam as a customer service rep for which she was given the award for best rep in her division. On the South Shore, she worked at Settles and Cravings.

Pat will be greatly missed by her many friends and the following family who loved her so much: her beloved son Mike Freeley of Kingston; her loving mother Eileen M. (Sheets) Freeley of Braintree; her sisters, Joan Ducharme and her husband David of Harpswell, ME; Denise Yazbek and her husband Richard of West Bath, ME; Rosemary Garland and her husband Jim of Brockton, Carolyn Ottney and her husband Joe of Londonderry, NH; her brothers, Paul Freeley and his wife Marlene of Marshfield; Bob Freeley of Braintree; Austin “Joe” Freeley and his wife Jo-Ann of Pembroke and Jim Freeley and his wife Lisa of Kingston; her nieces and nephews, Jacqueline and Caroline Ducharme, Jessica Yazbek, Kristen Huckins and her husband Mark, Patrick Garland, Ali and Brendan Boyle, Ryan, Christopher, Jack, Lauren, Lisa, Dean and Emily Freeley and grand-niece Mia Huckins. Pat was preceded in death by her beloved father Robert A. Freeley and brother Charles A. Freeley.

Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 11 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St., Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. On Thursday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 10:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:30 AM at St. John the Baptist Church 44 School St., Quincy. Burial is at Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat’s memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
