Paul Earl Pitcher Jr. of Quincy passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at age 46. A lifelong Quincy resident and graduate of Quincy Voc-Tech, he worked as a sales specialist for Frito Lay and was a former owner of A & P Limousine Service. The beloved husband of Anna M. (Pirredda) Pitcher, Paul was the loving son of Marjorie (Malbouf) Pitcher of Quincy and the late Paul Earl Pitcher, Sr.; devoted father of Brendon Pitcher of Quincy, Paul Earl Pitcher III of Hull, Barbara Halachis of Weymouth and Michael Halachis of Brookline; dear brother of Judy Grenada of Lakeville, Brian Pitcher of Quincy, Janet Maher of Revere. Ginger Cross of Winthrop, Walter Jacobs of Braintree, Arthur Jacobs and Pamela Jacobs, both of Quincy, Marjorie Jacobs of Randolph, Susan Jacobs of RI and Gary Pitcher and Paula Pitcher, both of WA; loving grandfather of Teagan Daisey Pitcher, Keely Pitcher, Michala Halachis, Lacey Halachis, Mikie Halachis, Matteo Halachis, Mika Pitcher, Casandra Chavis, Devin Chavis and Anna Halachis; great-grandfather of Kevin Chavis; and is also survived by his beloved Aunt Janet and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, October 16 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. On Wednesday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 9:00AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at St. Joseph’s Church 550 Washington St. Quincy Point. Burial is at Pine Hill Cemetery.
