Peter G. Lagos of Quincy passed away at home on July 12, 2009 at age 74. An Army veteran of the Korean War, he worked for the JF White Construction Co. and was a member of Local 133. The son of the late George Lagos and Demetra (Kopelas) Politis, he was the father of George and Matthew, brother of John, Peter abd Harry Lagos and the late Angelina Baroulakis and Helen Politis and is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
There will be a visiting hour on Wednesday, July 22 from 11:00am to 12:00pm at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited. George will be buried with Military Honors at the MA National Cemetery in Bourne at 1:15pm.
