Philip Bohan of Quincy passed away with his family at his side on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at age 76. A proud County Leitrim man, he was born in Mohill, Ireland where he was raised and educated. He moved to Quincy in 1980 and worked in construction. The beloved husband of Margaret Dunne, Philip was the loving father of Sheila Lahar and her husband Patrick of Melrose and Fionnula Bohan of Quincy; dear grandfather of Ronan Lahar; beloved brother of Michael Bohan of NJ, Mary White of England, Philomena Carron of Ireland and the late PJ Bohan and Sean Bohan; and is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held on Thursday, September 19 from 5:00 to 8:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. On Friday there will be a gathering at the funeral home at 10:30AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:30 AM at St. John the Baptist Church 44 School St. Quincy. Burial is at Pine Hill Cemetery, W. Quincy
