Richard F. Nord of Quincy passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at age 82. A lifelong Quincy resident, Dick was an engineer and taught at Franklin Institute in Boston. The beloved husband of Victoria T. (Moses) Nord, he was the loving father of Richard F. Nord of Quincy, Robert L. Nord of Pittsburgh, PA, Randall F. Nord of TX, Russell J. Nord of Wareham and Eric P. Nord of Quincy and dear grandfather of Christopher and Victoria.
Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, April 15 from 4:00 to 7:00PM with a Memorial Service immediately following at 7:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited.
