Rita E. (Johnson) Hartman of Quincy died suddenly and peacefully at home on, Tuesday, July 13th at age 72. Born, educated and lived all of her life in Quincy. Predeceased by her parents; Frank E. Johnson and Catherine T. (Tully) Johnson. Beloved wife of the late George Hartman; dear loving mother of the late George Johnson, Sr of NJ and John Hartman of NJ. loving Grandmother to Jennifer Gillis of Methuen, Wendy Uddin of NJ, Andrew Amado of Weymouth, Sabrina Hartman of FL, Kevin Hartman of NJ, Brielle St. Claire of NJ, the late George Johnson Jr., the late Melissa Johnson; Great Grandmother of Bryan, Sarah, Jeffrey, Peter, Sofia, Brayden and Allison; dear sister of Doris Brancaccio of FL, Catherine Dewing of FL and Marie Pace of Weymouth. She will be dearly missed by all of her many family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours which will be held on Monday, July 19, 4:00PM-7:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center with a service in the Funeral Home to begin at 7:00PM.
