Roberta C. Rowell of Quincy passed away on October 25, 2022, at the age of 84. Described as the heart of the family, Roberta was an avid red sox fan, who also enjoyed playing Bingo.
Roberta is survived by her beloved husband Stephen L. Rowell; loving mother of Stephen L. Rowell, Jr. and his late wife Patricia of Taunton, Wendy Corkery and her husband Thomas of Whitman, Rhonda Wray and her husband Jeremy of Brockton, and the late Debra Rowell; dear grandmother of Joseph, William, the late Patrick, Derek, Kylie, Ashley, Chrystal, Jeremy Jr., and Emma; great grandmother of PJ, Arianna, Anthony, Liam, and Archer.
Family and friends are invited to visiting hours on Friday, October 28th from 4:00PM-7:00PM at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home, 74 Elm Street, Quincy Center. On Saturday there will be a service in the Funeral Home at 10:00 AM. Burial to follow at Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made to the American Cancer Society at cancer.org.
