Sheila Ann “She” (Dacey) Durkin of Quincy passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at age 66. Born in Boston, she worked as a teacher’s aide in Quincy and previously for the telephone company. The beloved wife of the late William J. Durkin, She was the loving mother of Timothy Durkin of Quincy, Kathleen Durkin of North Dartmouth and Patricia Durkin of Everett; step-mother of William Durkin, Jr. of Bellingham, Richard Durkin of Dedham and Christine Waters of West Roxbury; dear sister of Maureen Kazolias of Quincy, Christine Mojesky of Beverly and William Dacey of Houghs Neck; and is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, February 22 from 2:00 to 4:00PM immediately followed by a Memorial Service at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St. Quincy Center. Family and friends are invited.

In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated, made to the Durkin family.
