Lauri: All we can say and feel comfort in is that Steve is at peace now and in no pain. Keep his memory close to your heart and take comfort in the wonderful life you shared with him. My deepest condolence's to you and the children Jim

Laura ~ I am a friend of Luella Harlos and hosted your dad for Shabbat over the past few years. My heart breaks for all your losses this year. I did not know your husband but am sure he was a wonderful husband and father and that he is sorely missed. I am confident he is with your dad in his new body in heaven. Talk with him and remember him in love. My regards to your children in their losses as well. Janet

Sorry to hear the sad news about Steve. A friend from the class of 1976 at Milton High. Fond memories. So sad, so young.

To the Donovan and Bertolon Families, I am very sorry to hear that Steve has passed away. Henry introduced me to him last fall at the South Shore Hospital Gala. Clearly he was a great guy and a terrific family man. I hope that the fond memories and the strong family support system, will provide comfort to you in the days ahead. Dan Coughlin

Laura and family: I am deeply saddened by Stevie's passing. I would be hard-pressed to think of a friend I had more laughs with. From our days in high school to Braintree Youth sports, it was always a pleasure to see him. He will live on in my heart. Gonna miss you Cubie...

My family and I are stunned and deeply saddened to learn of Steve’s illness and passing. It is hard to put into words how badly we feel. I had the honor and pleasure of knowing Steve through several years of soccer. He was both a good friend and an exceptional coach. He built strong relationships with the kids which had a very positive impact on my children as well as dozen’s of other children throughout the town. We are all so much the better for having known Steve. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all. Jim
