Dear Scotty B, Christie, and everyone who loves the man that is Verne. He is still here with us, we just have to listen a little harder to hear what he has to say, and he is always in our hearts forever. No one will ever compare to him, he was special. We have so many treasured memories together, and though it would be so much better to make some more, we are all here for you. Hugs and Kisses, love Sean

My dear Christy and Scotty, while these days are tough, know your dad loved you both so much. He was so proud of you and so appreciative of all the love and support you provided especially these last several months. You're both incredible. We have so many happy memories over the 37+years we were married and fun times we shared as family. Those times will never be forgotten. He's now at peace and reunited with all of those that cared deeply for him too. I love you both with all my heart. XOXO

Scotty and Christie, Your father was your greatest admirer- he was always so proud of you both, and you made his life a joy. He had more Swatch watches than anyone I know- couldn’t ski without his cowboy hat, used to love Black Russians ( he always did a twirling kind of dance at Bob and Trudy’s when he had a few too many)! He loved the pig roasts in Maine, and docking the boat by himself! The years in Harrison were among the best- from the trailer and pitching rocks to have a beach to the beautiful home there- with the indoor hot tub! We vacationed together, spent many days in Harrison and Ricks Cafe, walked Stormy and Christie in her carriage in Hampton Beach, and for years sent each other the dirtiest birthday cards we could find as our own joke! He never imagined that he would have another daughter and he never got over the fact that you shared the same birthday— AND that everyone forgot his presents after that! You made him so proud- Scott that you’ve done so well on the same kind of business, and Christie that you are such a wonderful bright and loving daughter. He will remain part of you forever, and whenever you feel a tug on your heart, smile and say ‘thanks Dad” Love, auntie Sharyn
