St. Angelo, Virginia (Sis/Ginny) of Quincy, died peacefully on April 14, 2022 surrounded by her dedicated family.

Beloved wife of the late Daniel St. Angelo; Cherished daughter of the late Dennis and Katherine Callahan; Adored mother of Robert (Bobby) Zuphofska, Kim Griffin and her husband Brian of Milton, and the late James (Jimmy) Zupkofska and his wife Laurie of Weymouth; Dearly loved grandmother to Steven Peterson and his wife Amanda, Robert (Bobby) Zupkofska (and his mother Liz Padula) and Kelli James Griffin; Sister of Robert (Sauce) Callahan and his wife Katie of Dorchester, Kevin Callahan of Quincy, Brian Callahan and his wife Christine of Roslindale and Mark Callahan and his wife Michelle of Quincy; Sis is now united with her late siblings Dennis and Michael Callahan, Pat Farrell, Kathleen Marcucci, Thomas (Tucker) Callahan, Mary Wallace and Joseph and Peter Callahan; Sis will be greatly missed by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.

Sis was a Local 328 (Stop & Shop) member for 27 years. The happiest moments of Sis’s life was spending time with family, cooking, gardening, dancing and watching Sunday football games..

Sis will be truly missed by many.

Family and friends will reflect on her life at the Dennis Sweeney Funeral Home 74 Elm St., Quincy Center on Friday, April 22nd, from 4:00PM-8:00PM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Trinity Parish, Our Lady of Good Council on Saturday morning at 10:00AM. Cremation to follow.
