We are just learning of your Loss. Gay was an amazing woman. All of my memories of St Mary's involve her and the sound of her playing. She touched the lives of so many. We will miss her. Our sympathy to the Entire Family. Irma and Carol Westphal

Rest in sweet peace Kay You were the prettiest Witch on Halloween night giving all the thirsty goblins a drink out of that witches brew. I thought that was the best trick or treat, treat. My condolences to the Sullivan family

It's amazing that Gay Sullivan came to mind only two or three days ago! When I first moved to Germantown, it was through Ed Rooney's shows at Saint Boniface that I came to know Gay in the late 80s, and also a little later when I was running the Germantown Children's Chorus in the early 90s. My own former piano teacher Helen Heiler was the accompanist for the chorus at rehearsals and performances. But two or three times when she wasn't available, Helen arranged for Gay to cover for her. She was good to work with, a very outgoing and nice lady.

The Sullivan-Callahan-Kelly connection has been a blessing for three generations . Bonded by faith and music , Gay has been a constant in creating joyful music memories. She has inspired young and old as the "Queen of the keyboards"at minstrel shows; St. Boniface and St.Mary´s, children´s and adult´s choirs , piano lessons , St. Mary´s music teacher and our children´s weddings . When selecting liturgical music for mass , she said " If you play what they know, they will sing ". We sing your praises Gay. Thank you to the Sullivan Family for sharing your Mom, Gay with us over the years . She has left us with countless treasured memories . With gratitude and Love, Tom, Mary Kate, Lisa, Shawn Kelly and their families

Gay Sullivan was an icon in the Gullpoint neighborhood! My parents had cocktails with Gay and Sully and their house was always a welcome place. She gave me organ lessons in her home so that I could play church gigs a few summers. RIP Gay and tell my parents hi!❤️

I am so glad to have met Gay, "Nana", my son-in-law Zac's loving grandmother. She welcomed my daughter into the family with open arms, and I would like to send my sincere condolences to her children and loved ones. It was a pleasure to share stories of being a church musician with her. May she rest in peace.
